Information submitted to Byberr must be accurate and complete.

Do not violate laws, infringe intellectual property, interfere with platform security, engage in fraud, or harass other users.

Restaurants and creators are responsible for honouring confirmed campaign expectations, visit requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By making content available through Byberr, you grant Byberr the permissions reasonably required to operate campaigns, provide reporting, and showcase campaign work, subject to applicable agreements.

Campaign inclusions, hosted value, creator compensation, deliverables, and fees may vary by campaign and will be communicated separately.

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You remain responsible for applicable taxes.

We may limit or terminate access where necessary to protect users, campaigns, platform integrity, or comply with legal obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byberr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
